01 Acceptance of Terms

VoriSync is an automated content creation and distribution platform owned and operated by Vorisek Labs. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable platform policies from TikTok, YouTube, and Meta. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

02 Accounts & Security

To access VoriSync, you must create a native account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your VoriSync credentials.
• Notify support@voriseklabs.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

03 AI & Responsibility

VoriSync utilizes artificial intelligence to generate media based on user prompts. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Prompt Ownership: You are solely responsible for your input. You may not generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party IP.
• Review Obligation: You are responsible for the final output. Vorisek Labs is not liable for content that violates platform community guidelines.
• AIGC Labeling: You permit VoriSync to automatically apply "AI-Generated Content" labels as required by transparency policies.

04 Platform Integration

VoriSync utilizes API Services to interact with third-party platforms. By linking your accounts, you agree to be bound by:

05 Data Retention

Generated media and prompts are retained for 30 days to ensure distribution reliability. After this period, files are permanently purged. Vorisek Labs does not claim ownership over your content; however, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process and host this data solely to provide the requested service.

06 Liability & Termination

Our service is provided "as is" without warranty. Vorisek Labs is not liable for account restrictions, shadowbans, or suspensions issued by third-party platforms.

We reserve the right to suspend access at our discretion for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the service or third parties.
