01 Overview
VoriSync is a service provided by Vorisek Labs. We provide an automated platform that generates media from user prompts and publishes it to linked social media accounts. This policy explains how we manage your native VoriSync account data alongside third-party platform data.
By using VoriSync, you agree to our Terms of Service. You also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service, and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
02 VoriSync Account Data
To provide our service, we collect and store the following (until account deletion):
- Identity Data: Your email address and full name.
- Security Data: Salted and hashed versions of your password. We never store plain-text credentials.
- Service Logs: Records of subscription status and content generation history.
03 Prompt & Generative Data
When you enter a prompt to create media, we process that data exclusively to fulfill your request:
- Usage: Prompts are used to generate media assets, titles, and hashtags.
- Protection: We do not sell your prompts or use your private creative output to train public machine learning models without your consent.
04 Platform Compliance
Information received via third-party APIs (OAuth tokens) is used solely to publish content on your behalf.
Google & YouTube Security: We do not share, sell, or transfer Google user data to third parties, including ad networks or data brokers. Our use adheres to the Google API Limited Use requirements.
Meta & TikTok: We do not use platform data for surveillance or unauthorized brokerage. Instagram Platform Data is never sold to third parties.
05 Data Retention
Native registration data is kept as long as your account is active. Media assets (videos/images) are kept in a secure buffer for 30 days to handle distribution retries. After 30 days, these assets are permanently purged.
06 Your Rights
You maintain full control over your information:
- Revocation: Disconnect via our dashboard or platform settings like Google Security.
- Deletion: Request a full account purge by emailing support@voriseklabs.com. We fulfill requests within 30 days.
07 Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your authentication state and security. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or cookies for advertising.
